Frequently Asked Question

To change your password:

1. Go to https://adfs.sd59.bc.ca/adfs/portal/updatepassword. This link is also available through eServices under Change Password.
2. Enter your e-mail address in the Username field.
3. Enter your current password in the Old Password field.
4. Enter your desired password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
5. Click the Submit button.

If you use a Mac, you may need to update your keychain password on each Mac computer that you use.
